Shipping Policy

Picking up your purchase: Your purchase can only be picked up by the person who's name appears on your order, and a photo ID will be required. We will make no exceptions to this policy. For further information or assistance, please call (800)380-3350 extension 1600.

Shipping your purchase: All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. Adjustments to the shipping amount may be necessary for oversized packages or when shipping outside the Contiguous United States. If an adjustment to the estimated amount is necessary, you will be contacted for approval prior to processing your order.

We use UPS or USPS shipping services. The service used is at our discretion. Most orders received will be shipped to the shipping address on the order. In some cases, at our discretion, high dollar orders will be shipped to the buyer's billing address

Purchases over $250.00 will require a signature for delivery.

Damaged Items: We do take precautions to help prevent shipping damage. Unfortunately, damage does sometime occur during shipping. In this event, please call us at (800) 380-3350 ext 1630. We will work with you to resolve the situation.


Restrictions: Oversized items, items with a high probability of shipping damage and items containing hazardous materials my have certain shipping restrictions and limitations. In some cases we would not be able to ship such items. You will be contacted if you have placed an order for an item that falls into one of these categories.


Please note that we do not ship hazardous materials such as batteries, chemicals, air bags or seat belts with pretensioners.
